  • Current photo ID for all adults in the household. If there are children in the household bring social security card, birth certificate, medical card, school ID, driver's license, or names listed on SNAP award letter for household.
    

  • Your combined household's monthly income

At your first visit to the AMEN House, you must apply for membership, but you will receive food and clothing the same day you apply.

The AMEN House is a food pantry, thrift store and resource center working together to address the needs of Scott County residents.
