The AMEN House has one BOLD mission: Ending Hunger in Scott County. The generosity of our community helps us make sure we have a program for anyone in Scott County who is facing food insecurity.

Federal Programs

• Membership is required.

• Must meet federal income guidelines.

• For individuals and families.

• Additional programs for members over 60.

AMEN House Feeding Program

• Membership is required.

• Designed for members facing food insecurity but living above federal income guidelines.

Sack Lunch

• Our only no-questions-asked food option.

• Window is open weekdays 9am to noon and Thursday evenings 5 - 6:30 pm.

School Backpack Weekend Meals

• Please reach out to your school’s Family Resource Youth Service Center for a referral.

AMEN House Direct Home Delivery

• Applications are available for members who have a medical necessity or a referral from Scott County Schools.  Please know that availability may be limited based on volunteer drivers.

Summer Feeding Program

• Meals available for kids 0-18 years old during summer break.
